Our TrueTag 360 Process: Honoring Pets with Care

At Pet Love, we have developed a unique and tested 5-phase process called TrueTag 360 for pet cremation. This process ensures that your beloved companion receives the utmost care and respect throughout the entire cremation journey.

Cremation Options

Greeting & Tagging

Offer condolences and intake client preferences; activate and provide TrueTag 360 identifier upon receiving pet.

Transport & Reception

Transport pet to facility; verify information via TrueTag 360, and update system upon reception.

Cremation

Confirm service type, perform cremation, and update TrueTag 360 status.

Remains Handling

Update TrueTag 360, remove remains, and prepare them for return with all requested items.

Return & Feedback

Deliver remains, offer condolences again, thank client, collect feedback, and finalize service record in TrueTag 360.

Really kind service, guy running the show is personable and really approachable, it's good to know an actual human's running the business and not trying to turn a profit of pets that passed. I was crying on the way there but ended up having a good conversation and laughed a bit talking to him. Also the only business to actually be open 7 days a week, lots of crematoriums are listed here and did not pick up the phone. He immediately picked up and said he could be there in an hour. Even offered to keep some pet fur too.

I was blessed to have my pup for 16 amazing years. He was truly family and losing him was a pain I couldn’t bear. I’m so grateful for Deja at Pet Love Cremation & Memorial. We planned to use a service to put our dog down but he didn’t make it in time for his appointment and passed away on his own at our home. I called Pet Love crying, upset and confused on what to do and thankfully they had a driver come after hours to help us. Losing a pet is a horrible experience and Pet Love helped make the aftercare a little easier. Thank you for taking care of my Wylie and for bringing me some peace during this tough time.
